Milk, unless it is Cadbuty's instant, in which case water. No extra sugar.

This is something I feel very strongly about ;)

I don't know Cadbuty, but if it's likely to be found in hotel rooms (where I drank most of my instant Hot Chocolate), then I still feel the need to add whatever milk available in the tea basket...

That's 'cause I typo'd it - Cabdbury's. I dunno if I've seen it in hotel rooms. But yeah. Milk.

Sure, there are those instant varieties where you just add water, but they're yucky....

I read something on metaquotes about doing hot chocolate with like, 5 parts chocolate mix and 1 part water, and I had a "ewwww" at both the chocolate mix and the water...

Though some instant are okay, but the ones we have over here can be done either with water or milk, according to the package, and I always do them in milk.

That is definitely worth a double *eeew*!
