Eh eh, you found your Trent icon ;)

It's a Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook Serie P.

yeah i got it! i'll try to do a jane and trent one too!

mine has 4.30 hours autonomy, instead of 5 announced, but that is no that bad cause it's 4.30 time with DVD!

Well, mine is used so I didn't expect a full battery autonomy, but the little indicator said it was fully charged when I launched it, and only 2 mn after it had finished launching Windows and was running an anti-virus complete scan (which I hadn't asked, so if it's part of the "regular" start-up routine I'm going to want to kill the computer unless I've found how to get it out from there), it was indicating only one "bar" left... :/
5 mn autonomy without DVD, it's not EXACTLY the 1h30 announced in the ad...

that sucks! at the FNAC they sell universal battery loads! it is not that expensive! if you buy the one of the model it's twice the price!

Apparently it was just discharged when I tried it, but it's weird because when I plugged it, it first indicated a full charge... But today it did say I had 1h34 of time.
Go figure.

I don't think the "universal" batteries would work. They'd be external, and the main reason why I picked up that laptop and not any other is for the weight, so if I have to bring a batch of heavy additional stuff with it, it's not really worth it.

weird stuff!

i have no idea of the weight of the battery!
mine is light! that's a good point!
